Peter Evans 'Bolton' Limited was founded in the UK in 1992 by Barry Darlington, and his son Steven, who between them, have over 45
years of experience in the electrical surface heating industry.
We recognised a requirement in the market place for clients who required short lengths of pipelines:- Major manufacturers in the electrical surface heating industry are generally not interested in small projects of these types as the same design time is necessary to design a three metre pipeline as a 300 or 3,000 metre. Smaller clients can often be left to their own devices. 
Understanding this problem, we are very willing to service all clients, small and large with the
result that now Peter Evans 'Bolton' Ltd undertakes projects not just throughout the UK and has
also undertaken installations in Holland, Ireland, Lithuania and Poland.In addition we have also despatched materials, complete with designs, to Malta and Iceland for local organisations to install. MISSION AND POLICY Whatever the project size, our specialist mission now is to provide total solutions for trace heating, including system design, component supply, installation and after sales service. 
Despite our current established position in the UK trace heating industry, we still treasure all
our clients both large and small, and continue to treat three metre installations with the same
care and attention as 3,000 metre projects. We fully understand that real world clients can
have both needs.
QUALITY ASSURANCE AND RELIABILITY We have invested in our own quality assurance systems and computer facilities as the business has grown to ensure that we continue to provide a responsive high quality service, when our clients need it. All our work is undertaken to BS 6351 (1983), Parts 1, 2 and 3. Top 
STRATEGIC PARTNERS 
In addition to our own mobile installation teams, we also collaborate with carefully selected
Thermal Insulation companies whom we train to insulate electrically trace heated pipelines,
tanks, vessels, valves, pumps, flanges and other objects to our own high standards.
We have discovered in the past that thermal insulation engineers who are unfamiliar with electrically trace heated pipelines can easily damage such installations through lack of understanding. We also collaborate with sheet metal companies which fabricate to our designs purpose made double skin platens for such applications as:- Hoppers as well as fabricated purpose made brackets to support our electrical control equipment for the sensing of external storage tanks etc. We now truly feel that we are in a position to offer our clients a "tailor made" purpose built and designed installation for any electrical surface heating requirement they may have at hand and, under the umbrella of Peter Evans 'Bolton' Limited, can undertake the design, supply and installation of the electrical trace heating, control equipment, thermal overlagging, electrical interwiring, electrical consoles etc. Top
